A Hilo grand jury has indicted two men for the alleged sexual assault of a woman in Hilo.

The three count indictment charges 29-year-old Eagle Adam Tobin of Hilo with second-degree sexual assault and 31-year-old Vajra Hogye-Lederer of Keaau with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

The document alleges that both men subjected the woman “to an act of sexual penetration by compulsion” and also accuses Hogye-Lederer of forcing the woman to perform oral sex on him. According to the indictment, the incident occurred on March 16.

Bench warrants have been issued for both men’s arrest.

Second-degree sexual assault is a Class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
